sideposts widget can’t be saved in sidebar

I’ve been upgrading some sites, on two sites i activated the sideposts widget plugin. On one site on a server it works fine, on another server i’m not able to save the widget when i add it to a sidebar. Why does’nt ik work here and what can i do about it?
