Sign Up Button in wrong place

    Hi,

    Great Plugin, really love it. Only tiny issue I have is the Sign Up button on the Register Form is showing below the top two fields and it would be so much better at the bottom of the form.

    First time I tested it I thought, OMG there is no Submit/Sign Up button…only to realise that it was at the top. Wouldn’t want to loose potential sign ups because they can’t find the button.

    If its possible to move it please let me know.
