Sign Up Sheet Plugin?

    we have a signup sheet in my office for who will buy the doughnuts for the groups every Friday. It’s just a sheet with dates on it followed by a field for people to signup. I’d like to put this on a WordPress blog. Is there a plugin that will allow this?

    I’m going to take one more stab at this one. Anyone have any idea how to get this done?

    I’m looking for a similar plugin. Is there anything that allows easy signing up?

    I’ll post what I come up with here.
