signatures backup

    Hi, I have a big problem. Server on which is my site hosted get down, had to be mysql restarted. Now all signatures have dissapeared? Is there a backup somewhere on this server on at your servers? Thanks for help, Matija

    Ouch!

    Firstly, there is no reason a restart of MySQL would erase any data. There has to be more to it than that. Use phpmyadmin or something similar to check the database. If the site still works i.e. other data is there, then signatures should be as well.

    Of course, now comes the obvious question, don’t you or your host do daily backups?

    Sorry, I can’t help at all. Speak out! doesn’t copy data or do anything like that.

    Thanks for answer. So that means if there is no file on server or backup we might get hacked?
