As I can see you have picked follow.it as your form provider.
You can access your data at https://follow.it once you claim the website.

If you don’t know how to do this, you can also switch to MPU as your form provider.
Simply click on the form, pick “Actions”, there you can change your provider.

Once you switch it, you will see e-mail icon right to your pop-up at mypopups.com dashboard.

In any case I recommend you to keep follow.it as it gives you many advantages and nice dashboard at the end.
