Signle thread message

    Hi,
    I need functionality to have only single thread for messaging, is it possible to have new message option just single time, and if i sent a message to user(started a thread). next i should only able to message from old thread. also is there any way to remove subject field from template.

    1. Anyone can initiate a message or only you as admin will initiate first message and others can reply only?
    2. You can provide a default subject for all message and hide that field using css
