After viewing the page’s source code, it looks like the site is currently using MailChimp for WordPress, a different plugin that was not developed by us (https://mc4wp.com/). If this is the plugin you were having trouble with, your best bet would be to reach out to that plugin’s support team using their contact form, here: https://mc4wp.com/contact/
That being said, it’s completely possible that you were initially using our plugin and simply switched to an alternative after not getting a reply from us. If that was the case here and you’d like us to dig in, please feel free to reinstall the MailChimp List Subscribe form, post a reply, and I can run through some trouble shooting steps to see what’s up.
