Similar Posts Plugin – Order By Date

    I am using the Similar Posts Plugin and it works really well. But I would like to have the results displayed in date (descending) order.

    I’m sure there is a simple edit to do this but I’m not a programmer. If anybody can help with this I’d appreciate it. (See an example on my site. Scroll below the post contents to where it says Similar and Related Posts).

    No one would be more familiar with the plugin than the author, why not ask them about that feature. They might could tell you how to implement it or implement it in their next version of their plugin.

    Thanks Jeremy, but I did leave a post at the author’s site and he has not responded (or even commented in over a month).

    So I though I’d drop my question here in the hopes that someone could help. The mod is probably a simple sort command on a database query or an array of the results. I am hoping someone with more programming skills than me could post a solution. I also thought someone in the vast WP community might have already addressed this issue.

    If anyone with programming skills is looking at this but doesn’t have the plugin, I recommend you check it out because, even without the date sort, it’s still a great plugin.

    That said, I’d sure like help sorting it by date. 🙂
