Can you share an instance so I can answer accordingly? A link to a page where they aren’t of the same height might help.
Yes here is my testing page-https://nel-media.com/test2 made with Otter blocks.
Before all three columns were the same height. But since many are starting to use flexbox as an element on such blocks the heights are different. I can’t get the same height even if I set the max height. Am I wrong in some settings?

Thank you for sharing the test page and apologies for the delayed reply!
Can you please let us know what are the columns you are trying to fix? From what I can see there is a lot of custom CSS added to that page thus firstly, I would recommend trying to remove it so we have a clean slate to start from. Afterward, we can look at the exact columns that are not set up properly and provide a solution.
