I’m not sure what you’re trying to do?
The install instructions are in readme.html. You should be able to open it with your browser of choice. .php files can be opened with Notepad or any other text editor.

well i can right click but it does not give me the option of opening with?
Perhaps download the files again, and then open the program you intend to use to read the files FIRST and then select the files to open from that program?
Are you running Vista?
Go to control panel, click programs, click default programs, click Make a file type always open in a specific program. Scroll down to php files, highlight, click on change program, click on browse and find what program you want to use to read php files with.
While there confirm that html files open with the browser of your choice.
