Simple Booking / Contact Form

    Hi all,

    I am looking for a simple contact form that can act as a booking form.

    All it needs to be is a basic contact form with a selectable date from a range of options (that can be changed as/when necessary) and normal fields such as email, name etc, so we can tell which date users are interested in.

    Can anyone recommend a good, free plugin?
