Simple "Bulletin" for users?

    Hello, I’m designing a WordPress site for a customer, and he administrates an apartment complex (if I’m using the correct terms) where he would like to have a “Bulletin” for users to submit lost & found, stuff for sale / giving away etc.

    Simply a little bulletin where users don’t need to register, and can type their name, apt. nr etc and communicate with the rest of the apartment-renters.

    Is there any plugin which allows for this feature? It needs to be visible on one page only.

    Thanks for any quick replies, I’m in a hurry to get his site up!

    Wow, what a friggin’ great community, huh.

    I found it on another forum – They’re more prone to help out.

    If anyone is interested in what I ended up with, I’m now using a Forum Plugin that is simple and extensible, called SimplePress.
