• Hello,

    I am experiencing issues with the Simple Calendar Plugin displaying on a webpage. The plugin has been working for over a year now, but recently the plugin continues to deactivate on its own and when I reactivate the plugin it then deactivates itself an hour or so later. I have tried rolling back the version of the plugin with no luck. There were no significant changes to the website when this started occurring that I know of. The plugin continues to deactivate itself every time I re-activate it displaying this [calendar id=”4542″] in place of the calendar. Any suggestions are appreciated.

    With respect to your query here, I can see a critical error rendered within the link that you shared. Could you perhaps enable debugging within your site and share with us a copy of the error log. You can use Pastebin to share the error log.

    Hello John,

    Sorry for the late response. Our website was down for about a week after I posted this.

    This is my first and only website I have created with WordPress so I am unsure of how to enable debugging within the site. I have read up on this briefly after reading your reply and I see that I need to locate the wp-config.php file to do this, but I do not know where to find this. I developed the website using a 3rd party ‘customizer’ called Colibri to build this website, therefore did not require any coding other than a little bit of shortcode for some plugins.

    Is there any other information you would be able to provide me.
