    How to make the “nimble_privacy” checkbox by default?

    Now:
    <input name="nimble_privacy" id="nimble_privacy1420737715" required type="checkbox">

    That would have been needed:
    <input name="nimble_privacy" id="nimble_privacy1420737715" required type="checkbox" checked>
