Simple Customer Portal

Hi,
So we provide custom market reports to our customers and for that, we are looking for a WordPress plugin that will allow our customers to post custom project order requests via their own private dashboard (portal) on our website.

Broadly, we are looking to achieve the following with a plugin:
a) Client registration and automatic redirection to their Dashboard.
b) Client can create a custom project order request, attach files and engage in private messaging with the Admin.
c) Client can also pay for the project order.
d) Notifications via the Dashboard and Emails for both Customers as well as the Admin.

We’ve narrowed down to Wp-Client and Wpcustomerarea (we have excluded the plugins Client-portal, clinked, suitedash etc as it is quite different from what we are after), but both of these plugin’s interface is a little disjointed for our needs (I mean for our clients). To give an idea of how we need it, imagine a Helpdesk Support System. In this helpdesk system a customer would see a list of all tickets once he logins. Upon clicking any ticket, the details of the ticket can be seen along with any file attachments, messages etc. So, this is the kind of interface we are looking for, as in, instead of tickets, it would actually be custom created project orders by the customer.

So any ideas on how can we achieve this? Any dedicated plugin or a combination of two three plugins?
