simple event plugin

    I have tried in vain to find a plugin to fit my needs… searched these forums and searched the internet. Maybe I’m just not searching for the correct words, so I’m trying here.

    I need a plugin where you enter the title and details of your event and the plugin outputs it to a list that is sorted in order of date. When you click on the item in the list, it takes you to the event details. When the event is over it is automatically removed from the list, and yet saved so that you can go back and enter in new dates without having to re-do everything. Surely, something like this exists?

    Any thoughts?

    I’ve tried calendar. The lists of events only shows events in the near future, whereas I need to be able to show all upcoming events even if they are a few months away. Apparently that’s not possible based on how calendar works (according to the developer on his support forum).
