Simple External Url from field value

I would like to capture data from a form and add that data to a url which opens in a new tab with the data appended.

For example, in the form field ‘name’, someone enters “john” and clicks on submit, i want the redirect to happen to an external website in the format https://example.com/john

I used your plugin https://ww.wp.xz.cn/plugins/wpcf7-redirect

However, here the redirect happens as https://example.com/?name=john

Could you help me with this pls
