simple Facebook link?

    I wish to link my blog to Facebook and have tried the WP Facebook plugin, but get hopelessly lost. In the documentation, too much is left unsaid. Is there any step by step guide that spells it out please? Or a simpler plugin maybe?

    I want to pull the latest Facebook item onto the blog and vice-versa. Nothing fancy.
