Simple Loop for checking Votes

    Hi !
    I have wordpress-based site with this plugins installed :
    WTI Like Post
    I created two categories : “Main” and “Waiting Room” where users can post their own posts and rate them !
    I tried to add a loop which will check everyday top RATED posts and will move them to the MAIN category from waiting room .
    Can anyone help me with that or give me some clues or tips how to manage this ?? I searched almost every plugin but didn’t find anythink interesting
