Simple manual or documentation with examples for authors

Hello guys,

I am building a website where people can be a co-writer. Some of those people do not know what shortcodes are or how to use.
I started to create my own manual for this but wondered if there is a manual with all the shortcodes and examples, explainations, available?

My language is Dutch. If you have one in English that is ok, i will translate it. I could even send it back translated.

So let me know. Otherwise i will have to make my own manual, but just asking if there is one available somewhere.
