Simple obfuscate and nofollow plugin?

I’m looking for a simple plugin that allows me to obfuscate for example tradedoubler affiliate links (tradedoubler.com**bla**bla****somedomain.com) with a mouseover of my choice (such as somedomain.com). An option to add a nofollow attribute would be great but not necessary.

This would be simple stuff in pure HTML, but I hope to get these scripts to work within a WP standard editor.
