Hi, my pay buttons are unresponsive.
I think I have set up the plugin correctly, I am not sure where I went wrong…

There used to be a recaptcha error message, so I registered for v3 with Google and updated the keys.
The website uses recaptcha v2 with contact form 7, I updated the keys to the new v3 keys. I think I did it right…

I’d love to get some input, could this be a caching issue too? Many thanks.

  • Hello @littlesabs

I was able to successfully get to the Stripe Checkout pages from both buttons. Please clear your browser cache and try again. If you have any caching/minification plugins installed I would be sure to clear those as well as everything appears to be working just fine for me.

    Regards,

Actually, I deactivated the recaptcha v2 for Contact Form 7 and it is working.
I will get the web guy to sort out a new recaptcha or spam filter for Contact Form 7 🙂

Thanks so much Adam, I think it worked for you because I deactivated the v2 recaptcha after my initial post, but there is definitely caching issues on the site.
There is a caching error message for the power builder, but that is something for the web guy to look into… I’m afraid to clear any cache in case I break the site haha
