Simple Service Estimator

I’m trying to find a simple service estimator. What I need is something where I can list my services and prices, the client can input the quantities and get a total. I don’t need it to be connected to a shopping cart. The purpose is to generate an estimate only. A simple excel spreadsheet would be perfect but I’ve yet to find a way to insert an excel spread into my site.
