Simple Share Buttons Adder padding question

Love your plug-in – it is exactly what we need! We are using the shortcode option to place the share buttons inside divs that are specifically lined up flush left based on the design of our custom theme, and we are using custom images for the share buttons. Adding a 4px padding buffer in settings looks great – however if at all possible we would like to have the buffer NOT on the left; just on the right, as the left is moving the buttons 4px to the right of flush-left inside our div. Is that possible?
