Simple Shortcode

Hey Guys, Im not super techie but im trying to find the shortcode where it just says:

Upload Images (title)
Browse (to browse files)
Submit

All the other one I find have title box and a description box that im trying to get rid of just not sure how

Hey,

Enable “Suppress default fields” in plugin’s settings and then try something like this:

[fu-upload-form title="Here's my title"]
[input type="file" name="photo" id="ug_photo" class="required" description="Your Photo" multiple=""]
[input type="submit" class="btn" value="Submit"]
[/fu-upload-form]
