• I need some help so if you have any advice to help point me in the right direction please pipe in. I have a client who currently has an outdated ordering system I am trying to replace using WordPress.

Here is what I am looking for: Really there is no need for payment on checkout and multiple checkout screens, just login and enter order data that my client can export for print. I was thinking I need a store because:

    a. The company/customer needs to log in.
    b. The customer should be able to view the order/status.
    c. The customer should be able to update their account (customer area)
    d. The client needs to go to a place to view all the orders and set to different processing stages (i.e. shipped, completed, not completed).

A normal store should work right? The problem is formatting of the actual orders. First I don’t need the customer with the account to go through a full checkout, maybe just login and go to the product page to submit. But my real struggle here is the way the order is placed. This system will be used for an airline rep to place orders for multiple employees all at once. So one customer might need to fill out 25 – 100 grid type fields to place the order for the 25 – 100 employees name badges. Please see This Image.

As you can see I need the client/customer to be able to enter multiple lines of data for each product. In addition to this one issue I also need the client to be able to export each order via a text or excel file for print. Please see This Image and This Image.

I am really struggling because I don’t know if WooCommerce can be stripped down for no payment and few to no checkout pages. I am not sure it can be simply customized for multiple line entry, and if the client I can export each order via excel or text file. Seems simple enough but I don’t know how to get the grid layout in WooCommerce or if there is another store or plugins that will offer this.

I understand grids are outdated but I need the ability for the customer (grid or not) to add many lines onto each order. And that I can add a few options (drop down selections) too each line as well. I am assuming I would need a combination of plugins for this but could use some direction. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

I found this plugin called: Formidable Pro but it seems as if this is only for a form. It would work nicely if this functionality were attached to the products of a store like WooCommerce instead of a standard form.

Anyone know of a store or plugin that allows batch file or multi line data entry? That might help get me started.
