    Hi @karolinafialovatherapy,

    The attached console error should be unrelated to the issue. Instead, it seems that the SimplyBook widget is not working correctly (404 Not Found) as it’s loading a seemingly non-existent account.

    Could you try logging out from the plugin’s dashboard (SimplyBook -> Settings -> Authentication -> Log Out) and log back into your SimplyBook account?

    This might already solve the issue you are experiencing with the widget not loading.
