SimpleDropBox doesn't exist in Dropbox

    Hello

    I have installed this plugin and successfully managed to upload a short 15 second film (size 39.4MB) but the SimpleDropBox folder isn’t appearing in my Dropbox folder so I don’t know how to access the film I uploaded?

    I followed instructions in setup and didn’t receive any error messages.

    When I goto settings>simple dropbox and look at the settings for this plugin, under the account information, if I click on ‘dropbox’ it takes me to my dropbox but comes up with an error message saying /SimpleDropBox doesn’t exist.

    Try uploading a smaller file like a picture and see if it uploads it then, Most servers have a restriction on upload size set in the php.ini file.

    Thank you for getting back to me so quickly!

    I tried uploading a small photo file and it all works on the webpage. The problem is in the Simple Dropbox settings in dashboard. When I click on ‘dropbox’ under the account information heading in top right, it redirects to my dropbox account int he browser then comes up with ‘The folder ‘/SimpleDropBox’ does not exist.’

    And also I don’t see a /SimpleDropBox folder in my dropbox when I check as well.

    I don’t know where the files I am uploading are going?

    The folder would be created once the file was uploaded to dropbox but since the folder is not there, it means the file is not making it off your server. I have been getting allot of feedback from users and it seems most hosts are blocking outgoing connections to dropbox. So I would check with your host first and make sure the host you are on is not blocking the outgoing connection with a firewall.
