SimpleMap plugin used in responsive architecture

I have a client that uses this plugin and it works great. However, I am in the process of reworking their website using responsive architecture. Is it possible to setup the map with a percentage width rather than a fixed pixel width so it will automatically resize depending on screen resolution?
