Simplifies and streamlines development

This plugin is so friggin flexible, it’s hard not to find an excuse to use it. After using the free version on several sites, I decided to try the Pro version — it’s AWESOME. Seriously, couldn’t be happier with how easy it is to use and how many random backend issues you can solve with it. With the Pro version, I was able to put up rotating random ads and custom-ordered sponsor logos in a fraction of the amount of time it would have taken me to make custom post types for those purposes. Using the free version, I’ve made several tab boxes and structured content areas; and I also like using it to hide the TinyMCE box on the page that’s assigned to Blog Posts with a message explaining that the page is a placeholder (as I’ve had clients get really confused about that before). The Pro options pages are also fantastic, but before going Pro I would often assign any “global” inputs to the page assigned to be the Front Page, and that worked well for things like social media URLs, phone numbers, and the email address to use for website contact stuff. Anyway, yeah, this plugin’s the bomb. Literally the only problem I’ve ever had with it was running out of PHP variables on a particularly complicated page on an uber-economical hosting package, but that was actually easily fixed via htaccess. Love this plugin!
