Simplify Woocommerce Backend

Hey,
I have a group project for my course and the main aim is to create a fully functioning mock website for a company.
One thing that the supervisor said we need to have is a simplified backend for the users that have close to no back end knowledge.
Something he mentioned and he has seen on previous projects is to have a page created that you’re able to add a product for sale in woocommerce in 3 clicks or something (item details > add pictures > publish). He cant remember / wont give us any hints on how previous groups did it.
I have been searching for plugins that will allow us to do this but i cant find anything – i have seen you might be able to do it by editing the code however we arent meant to plus if theres an update it will get overwritten anyway.

Could anyone please suggest a plugin that will do this kind of thing?
