    There are lots of reasons why it might note work. What have you tried so far?

    1. Have you verified that all of your users are set to accept MASS EMAIL?
    2. Have you used DEBUG mode to verify the email headers are constructed correctly?
    3. Have you checked with your ISP to see if they impose any email limitations? For example, some ISPs restrict the number of recipients in the BCC field or the number of email messages you can send per hour or per day.
    4. Have you defined some test addresses that you use for testing so you don’t annoy your other users?
    5. Are you using the “Send to Group” feature? If so, have you verified the users in the group are what you think they are?

      The answers to some or all of these questions will help decide which direction to point you in.

    Hi Mike,

    It seed to be the ISP! – Turned out that my sender email had to be from the same domain in order to make it work.
