Simply Static plugin doesn’t work with Jetpack gallery.

    Hello, I’ve got static pages my WordPress sides using plugin Simply Static but Jetpack gallery want no work since the pictures are not clickable. If image is not in the Jetpack Gallery then I could click on it and see it. Do Simply Static plugin work with galleries?

    How to make Jetpack Gallery to work with Simply Static plugin?

    Hey @tatyana100,

    thanks for bringing that up!

    We haven’t tested Jetpack Gallery specifically, but generally speaking, Simply Static works with galleries.

    I assume Jetpack uses a markup structure that isn’t supported by Simply Static, and thus, we don’t download the images needed for the lightbox.

    We will look into that and extend it accordingly within Simply Static to make it work within the next update! 🙂

    Hello Patric, I have several WordPress sides where I have been using Simply Static with Jetpack galleries but only one of those sides allow images to be clickable. If you need I could send you this website in order to compare with the others if you provide me with the secret link. Or if you don’t need it, please let me know when the next update that would work with Jetpack galleries would take place. Thanks.
