    Looks like your server does not allow outgoing connections to this specific SSL host.

    Are you using your own certificate? Then you should disable SSL peer verfication (see expert settings), or whitelist your certificate: https://ww.wp.xz.cn/support/topic/plugin-wp-piwik-https-ssl-support

    Try to update your certificates list: update-ca-certificates --fresh (see the link above, too).

    If this does not help, please have a look at your Apache logfiles (WP server). Maybe this will give us a hint.

    By the way: If WP and Piwik are running on the same machine, you can also switch to the PHP mode.

    As i have many problem with my host than i have since 10 years i am changing (OVH to infomaniak), i am waiting for the transfer just now (since and for severals days yet).
    The one ssl OVH i have no control at all.
    the one ssl infomaniak i have : i choose and certificat with startcom.ltd
    thank you, i will say you the after.
    (what a pity without piwik, i have take google analytics to wait, it is really nothing comparatively).

    i have resolved it. I open a new site special for my stat piwik, and after some complications (!) now is really ok, pretty good.
