Single Ad displaying (no random)

Recently (over the last week) had rotation stop working. One ad will show, but won’t load randomly. I updated to the new plugin and still no rotation. I am using code:

<?php echo dfads( ‘groups=16&limit=1&orderby=random’ ); ?>

I tried making a new group, but same result . . .

Also, the short code below won’t show up in text widget (sidebar):

[dfads params=’groups=14&limit=1&orderby=random’]

Thanks for any insight . . . tried all I could before submitting. Great plugin though!
