single column layout on mobile

Hi, you app has amazing potential. I am seeing what appears to be a bug in that when gallery is set to 1 column it works fine until you get down to a mobile device at which point it reverts to 2 columns no matter what. Images become way too small and the entire point of shop by image is lost. I am using WP 5 and Woo Commerce 3.54. I am looking at the app on an iphone 10 or Chrome set to any mobile device setting.
