Single Event Page

Hi,
I am working on a website for an event center and was wondering if there was a way to add an option when creating a new event where one would be able to add a link to a ticket outlet (e.g. Ticketmaster) and create a button. I am currently achieving this by adding a shortcode in the description area. But i know for a fact that when i turn this over to the client they will have no idea how to accomplish this using shortcodes. So i want them to be able to just fill out the information for the ticketing outlet that creates a button for them, when they are adding an event.
