When I edit Settings/ Formatting/ Events Page
everything works as I would expect.

When I edit Settings/ Formatting/ Single Events Page
The formatting has no effect.

On Pages/ Event Pages I have Display events as Pages (but Posts looks the same)
Override with formats : Yes

FWIW, here is a single event page and nothing I do changes this

Did the developer do a ‘single-event.php’ somewhere??

I found event-single.php and all it includes is this:

global $EM_Event;
/* @var $EM_Event EM_Event */
echo $EM_Event->output_single();
?>

But then I found single-event.php and renamed it and I think that’s it.
Just let me know if I got something wrong.
