It looks like a conflict caused by your theme. I’d check, by temporarily changing your theme to see if the problem goes away. If so, you may have to adjust your theme settings, contact the theme developer for assistance, or, if that doesn’t help, you may have to use a different theme. Please check and advise.
Thanks, Sunny. I ended up switching plugins, since it was the only viable way to go in this case (no contact with the developer, couldn’t change the theme without causing disruption for the site owner). Thanks for your reply and sorry for the delayed response.
