Single Image as front page

    Hi,
    Is it possible for the Origami template to display a single image (post) on the front page, then multiple images in the Archives pages? I’d like only the most current image I’ve posted to be shown on the front page, but if I change “Blog pages show at most” to 1, then the monthly archives pages also only display a single image.

    There are a few ways you could accomplish this.

    You could try using Page Builder. Just create a page builder page and insert a Post Loop widget. This widget lets you choose how many posts it’ll displayed.

    The other, possibly easier, option would be to use this plugin. I haven’t tested it, but it seems like you can change how many posts are displayed in different categories. So you could set the default in reading settings to 1 so only one post is displayed on your home page, then use the plugin to increase that number in your categories.
