Can you try going to “Settings > Permalinks” and clicking “save”? You don’t need to click anything else there – simply hitting the save button will flush and re-set some rules, which may sort things out automatically.
You can check the redirects by using a tool like this one: http://www.redirect-checker.org/

Thanks for giving those steps a try!
It’s possible that there is a conflict with one of your current plugins or your theme.
Try disabling all of your plugins except WP Job Manager and any add-ons you’re using. Then try testing again to see if the issue persists. If that resolves your issue, you can find what was causing it by enabling each plugin one by one and testing to see when the issue comes back.
If that doesn’t help, you can also try switching to the Twenty Twenty theme via Appearance > Themes, and test again. If the issue is resolved then you know it’s a problem with the theme, and you’ll need to contact the theme author for further help.
