I want to create a single job post page template within the Divi theme so that I can customize the layout of this page. Are there shortcodes or code snippets I can use for each of the components (ie. display the job description, a video, company name, tagline, social, etc.?)

You would need to edit the template files for the job listing. These pages have more details on setting that up:
