If your shipping zones are not based on the country then you can disable country field using this

We have released a new version today v1.2.66 upgrade to that version in that we have given the option to hide the State, City and Post code within the plugin
go to Remove Field tab in there you will find this option
and if you ship to single country then plugin will auto select the country for the user
Do I need to buy the plugin or can I test it on the free version please?
It is a free plugin and the feature to remove field is added in the Free version itself
you should be seeing a update available in your plugin section or you can download the update from our plugin page
