Hello, we just purchased this plugin and are able to get the 3 bar icon to show up on a test page, but cannot get rid of the themes main menu. I tried following the thread that described inspecting the page to get the menu ID so that we could include it in the pane for items to exclude but it may as well be written in Greek.
Also, when the responsive menu slides in from the right, the 3 bar icon is covering the first menu item.
I can provide login for our site if you can take a look or direct me to some documentation for getting this to work.
Our site is http://huntonbrady.com, you can see that the current menu is way too big and we would just like the small 3 bar icon when viewed on both mobile and desktop.

I’m assuming that we will also need to disable WP’s responsive menu as well.

    Thanks you!

    Hi there,

I got your support email, however when I tried to reply it said that the email you provided was not correct and as such submitted the reply via the contact form on your site.

I’ll copy it again for you below so you have it:

    Hi Jay,

    This is perfectly possible.

Just set the menu breakpoint width to something extremely high so as no device will ever trigger it (something like 40000 should do it).

Also, simply add “#widgetPanelToggle” to the “CSS of menu to hide” option to hide the current menu.

    All the best

    Thank you.

Here you can see the 3 bar icon beneath the main menu, which I now know how to remove, but the 3 bar icon does not go away once the new responsive menu comes out from the left.

    Thanks

The 3 bar icon is still covering the menu when it slides out.

    Thanks

    Hi jay,

Is the menu still installed as I can’t see it on the site?

    All the best
