I see. This looks like the CSS is not loading for some reason. Though, I really need to see the site in order to advise here, as the browser dev tools hold valuable information and these can only be ran with the site being accessible. 🙁

But if the site is inaccessible from the outside, please try first to disable absolutely all caching/optimisation services on the site, as these may affect your workflow if they are not configured properly.

Yes, let’s start with that. Absolutely all caching/optimisations disabled.

And please, try working out why the site is inaccessible from the outside. Our ability to advise will be very limited if we cannot at least see the site.

I understand, but again – I cannot see the site myself, so I cannot advise you anything. This is extremely important to solve. Otherwise, we’ll be playing an endless game of ping pong…
