Single Property problems and support

I have several issues with integrating ERE into a theme, mainly on the single page layout.

First question – are you still offering support and updates because these forum posts have not been answered for several weeks? The reason for changing existing theme is that its out of date and no longer supported. No point changing for ERE and a new theme if ERE not supported.

So, layout problems. I know you say copy templates to theme folder and make adjustments there, but I dont know enough about code to do that, so need assistance.

Problem one – description text on single property page not fitting on width, some text is lost on right hand side. How to solve this?

Problem two – under main property gallery, a single huge photo (the first from the gallery) shows in single property pages – how do I get rid of that please?

Problem three – tabs at the bottom – Overview tab shows none of the actual info such as price, property type, etc. Features tab only shows 3 features, not all of them, which is as many as 20 for some properties. How do I resolve this?

Problem 4 – address does not show, nor does contact info, just a big blank space.

Additional info. This is a build site, hence the strange URL, it is not live. It also being built for a single agent renting holiday properties, so no front end submissions are needed, properties will only ever be added in the backend.
