Single resource allocation and search feature

I’ve few equal rooms and would like to use this plugin for their booking (daily).
With the current plugin features think I can configure it in 2 ways:

Single calendar with multiple slots for each day
or
Multiple calendars with single slot for each day (Pro version)

The first case allows maximal resource allocation but masks the fact that eventualy the guests may have to move from one room to another during their stay, which is a corner case I would like to clearly inform my guests.

The second case, with multiple calendars shows clearly each room availability, but the customer would have to look at more than one calendar and eventualy file multiple bookings.

How do you see the implementation of a search form that looks for a room available for the whole desired stay, or eventualy merges the availability of more rooms informing the customer and let him book with a single form?
