Those settings apply to the listings archive page. The page you mentioned is theme-dependent and more flexible in design. You can adjust its appearance using custom CSS.
From your screenshot, it appears you are using a premium theme. Please create a support ticket on our site and mention the theme you are using—the support team will assist you further.

Hi. I created a ticket about this issue, and they promised to fix it in a couple of days and add the ability to display four columns. But there’s no update yet. When will you release a fix?

Based on the design, the structure of both pages is different, so we will not apply this setting to that page.
