• I have a form that has multiple checkboxes. I configure the plug-in to assign appropriate Tags when transmitting the form data to Infusionsoft.

The reason I have to do this is that I can’t see how to concatenate the values of the selected checkboxes into a single text field as is the case with a multi-select field.

The plug-ins that Gravity Forms provides for other CRMs and mail programs includes a choice to send the full checkbox field value as a comma separated string.

Can you tell me how to do this so I can transfer something like a resulting comma-separated string into Infusionsoft?

Thanks in advance for your help!

  • Infusionsoft, and this plugin, do not work as you want. When you create a field in Infusionsoft, data type and control type are treated as one choice. Because the data/control type is “checkbox”, each value will be stored with its associated checkbox.

Thanks – the challenge I’m having is that even if I create a custom Infusion field as Checkbox with matching fields, and map them together, the data still don’t appear. Any thoughts on what I might do differently?

    Thanks!

That looks correct. The only thing that might be an issue is that the checkbox values differ between GF and and Infusionsoft.

How do you set up a “checkbox” field in Infusionsoft?

When adding a custom field, it’s a value available in the datatype dropdown. Please call Infusionsoft tech support for more details.
