Single Thread Emails

    Good Day,

    I tried to read the KB but could not find any help on this.

    When users fill in a form and it is sent the same day, it creates a thread.

    Is it possible to send one instance of the email? Or even add a REF Number to this.

    EG: Contact Us #001 / Contact Us #002

    Any help with this would be appreciated.
